CTMH got the first batch of the new ink pad organizer system!! 

(I ordered mine this morning and I can't wait to see them!)

 

This is the one for the ink pads. 

Yes, the old pads will fit...but you might want stuffing in the back so it doesn't slide in too far.

 

They are individual pieces that you can configure in whatever way works for you. 

Here are two samples:
